Ms Jael Chng
Chief Possibilities Generator
My Working Title
Ms Jael Chng is the co-founder and Chief Possibilities Generator of My Working Title,
a Career Design movement + start up that inspires and empowers people to actively design their careers. Since the 2017 launch, their career design model, tools and programmes are used in 25 countries and have impacted diverse groups of people. Their clients include LinkedIn, Grab, Shopee, GIC, Aviva, NUS and WSG.
She was featured on Channel 5’s current affairs programme ‘Talking Point’ for her perspective on preparing for the future of work. In 2022, she was invited by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy to speak to local and global senior government leaders on the intersection between industry transformation and the individual and the future of work. More recently, she spoke to 45 Principals and Vice Principals from MOE on the topic “Career Guidance beyond the Pandemic.” She has spoken to thousands of people across different nationalities and age groups on topics about societal, career and personal development. Jael was also conferred the award of being a Women Icon of Asia at the Women Icons Summit & Awards 2019 for her work in starting My Working Title.
Jael is a creative-analytic that fuses design thinking + communications + people development to create solutions. She has experience in marketing communications and management consulting with clients such as P&G, HP and Singapore Government Technology Agency. She had lectured in Ngee Ann Polytechnic and launched a youth entrepreneurship programme in Halogen Foundation Singapore.
Mr Nicholas Choo

Mr Nicholas Choo holds a Master in Theology from Ontario Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Trent University, Canada. He is also a certified Train-the-Trainer administrator of DISC Personality Profile Insight System. Nicholas is a registered trainer with MOE.
Nicholas is a down-to-earth practitioner. He is a highly sought-after speaker who has more than 35 years of experience in the training profession, especially to teachers, children and youth with special needs. He is always described by his audience as an interesting, humorous and an awe-inspiring communicator.

Nicholas excels in writing curriculums and training packages, giving motivational talks, conducting camps, conducting service-learning trainings and trips. He has more than three decades of experience in providing counsel and guidance to leaders, parents, teachers and children in Singapore, ASEAN, Hong Kong and China.
