Our Trainers
Gabriel Tan
Mr Gabriel Tan I-Ren is the Founder of Bamboo Builders, an educational social enterprise that nurtures confident leaders to change communities through social entrepreneurship.
With 14 years of experience, Gabriel has led international teams to engage multiple stakeholders in creating systemic change. Gabriel has done both for/non-profit consulting, and was trained in Design Thinking by Tandemic, trusted by UNDP, UNICEF and Microsoft.
A certified trainer by the Ministry of Education and CultureLink Canada on mentoring vulnerable youth, Gabriel was named Singapore’s top 35 inspiring entrepreneurs under the age of 35 by EDGE, and is finalist for the National Youth Entrepreneurship Awards by ACE. Gabriel’s most recent project involves building a vocational training centre for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).


Daniel Lee
Mr Daniel Lee Zhi Yong is the Founder of Equipo Academy, a sports academy aiming to build mental resilience and create opportunities for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Passionate about the power of coaching and entrepreneurship, Daniel is a certified Life Coach and also founded MARKON, Singapore’s first marketing industry-focused magazine for students by students, garnering over 1000 downloads in a matter of days.
Currently, Daniel is a Marketing Manager of TAIGER, an Artificial Intelligence company. He is also pursuing a Volleyball Coaching Certification to better equip him for his social enterprise.
Ryan Leong
Mr Ryan Leong Wei Ren is a Creative Confidence Architect and Design Thinking Specialist, having mentored hundreds of children and young adults to create powerful ideas and compelling stories.

Ryan graduated from the Bachelor of Arts in Architecture programme at the National University of Singapore (NUS), and has since utilised his skills in user experience design, having developed learning spaces in NUS for increased student engagement in industry-ready soft-skills.
He also has experience from learning experience design, at the social enterprise BEEP Lab, Singapore’s first Architecture-for-Kids school. He developed, taught and advised on curricula that encourages design thinking in young minds. Ryan is the published illustrator and author of Worldbuilding, a book that employs human-centred design, educational psychology, and innovation to construct systems, organisations, and societies.
