What's the Youth Anti-Scam
Video Competition?

The SG ScamWISE Youth Anti-Scam Video Competition invites secondary school students to use their creativity and media skills to raise awareness about scams in Singapore. Teams will create a short, engaging video to educate others and inspire everyone to stay ScamWISE.

  • Competition Launch: 15 November 2025

  • Submission Deadline: 31 May 2026, 23:59

  • Winners Announced: July 2026 (at Prize Ceremony)

WHEN & WHAT CAN YOU WIN?

Winners will be announced in July 2026!

WHO CAN JOIN?

  • Open to all secondary school students, and youths below age 35 in Singapore.

  • Each team must have 4 members (no more, no less).

  • Teachers may act as mentors, but not as participants.

HOW TO JOIN

  1. Form a Team – 4 persons per team.

  2. Plan Your Story – Think of a short story that teaches people about one type of scam and how the scammer gets caught.

  3. Create a 30-Second Video – TikTok or Instagram Reel format, featuring your whole team. Make your account public! otherwise we won't be able to view it.

  4. Use props, skits, dances, or creative storytelling!

  5. You can include characters from ScamWISE Squad too.

  6. Keep content positive and safe — no illegal or explicit content.

  7. ​Use only official information – All facts, examples, and messages must come from the ScamShield website.

  8. Post & Submit

  9. Upload your video on TikTok or Instagram.

  10. Use hashtags: #SGScamWISE #BeScamWISE #BambooBuilders

  11. Tag: @bamboobuilders

They might say you’re in trouble or ask for your bank details or money.
Don’t fall for it! Real officers will never ask for payment or personal info online or over the phone.
